A certificate of excellence was awarded to Dr. (H.C) Maryrose Salubre, who actively participated in the international seminar. She was also recognised with the honorary Doctor of Philosophy degree specialising in diplomacy and international relationship. The prestigious event was held at Sheraton grand hotel in Dubai on the 21st of February, 2023.
